Biography

Elisabeth Fowler is a Georgia-based novelist with Alabama roots, a head full of stories, and an unshakable belief in the power of messy, complex characters. She writes speculative and emotionally layered fiction that centers BIPOC voices, often set in worlds that feel just familiar enough to sting. Elisabeth is also the founder of Horizon Quill, a publishing imprint dedicated to uplifting underrepresented authors and reimagining the way their stories are told. When she’s not building fictional universes, she’s hopping time zones in search of story fuel, or sewing purses that are just as unpredictable as her plot twists.
